SELF PAY – COSMETIC SURGERY
If you are having cosmetic surgery, you will be required to pay for your surgery prior to admission. A price quote, based on the Operating Room time provided to us by your physician, will be made available to you by our business office. After your surgery, we will send you a bill if there is additional time utilized or a refund if the time is less than originally quoted. This balance is due upon receipt. We take all major credit cards, but will not accept personal checks for cosmetic surgery.
